Figures are in US dollars unless marked.

MSP Outpost lists eleven MSP events in December 2026: two online sessions, six in-person events in the US and three outside North America. Every numbered line below is taken from its Outpost listing, as the calendar read on November 5, 2026, and links to that listing.
The list runs in three groups: online first, then the US and Canada, then the rest of the world, and by date inside each group. A price appears only where the listing states one. "Paid entry" means the listing says there's a charge without saying how much, so open it before you count on a free day out.
Two Online Sessions You Can Join From Your Desk
One is about scaling with zero trust and the other about planning life after selling your MSP. Open each listing for the time and the cost before you block out the slot.

- GTIA From Ownership to What's Next: Planning Your Post Sale Life, December 10, online. Run by GTIA; free.
Six US Events, From Dinner Meetups to Summits
Three are MSP dinner meetups run by the same organizer in New York, Charlotte and Atlanta, and the rest are a vendor summit, a vendor tour stop and a one-day conference.
- CyberFOX SecureIT Summit December 2026, December 1 to 3, Tampa, FL. Run by CyberFOX; paid entry.

These are listed for completeness: a regional forum in Indonesia and vendor days in Sweden and the Netherlands.

- Kaseya Connect Local: Stockholm, December 3, Stockholm, Sweden. Run by Kaseya; free.

How I'd Choose Between Them
I don't buy the idea that being seen at an event is worth the day on its own, and a pile of badge scans is a vanity number. The question I'd ask of each line above is who you'd talk to there, not who's on stage.
Before: you book the summit because it's on the calendar and a competitor is going. After: you book it because the people you want to meet will be in the room, and you've written their names down.
Here is what I'd cut: any event where the only reason to go is the vendor stage. My view is that the day away from the business is the real price, whatever the ticket says.
No event fixes a service your clients are already unhappy with, and a good dinner won't sell a stack you can't explain in plain words. Fix the delivery first, then go and talk about it.
What to Measure After December
Count one thing afterwards: the follow-up conversations you booked, logged in your CRM against the event's name. If that count stays at zero for an organizer, I'd stop going to their events.
Before you book, open the listing: it's where a change to the date, the place or the cost will show first.
