Privacy Policy

MSP Outpost, MSP Bench and MSP Briefing are run by User First Digital Inc. This policy covers mspoutpost.com, mspbench.com and mspbriefing.com. The Privacy Officer, User First Digital Inc., is accountable for personal information handled by these sites. Contact the Privacy Officer using our privacy request form.
What We Collect
When you create an account or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and, optionally, your display name and MSP context (company size, role, operating model). We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics purposes.
How We Use Your Information
Your email is used to send the content you subscribe to and transactional messages (password resets, account notices). Your MSP profile is used to personalize resource recommendations and cohort comparisons on MSPBench.
Where Your Information Is Processed
Our primary application database is hosted by Supabase in Canada. We use Cloudflare to deliver and protect this website, and Resend to send requested download messages. Hosting the primary database in Canada does not mean every service processes information only in Canada.
Our service providers may process personal information outside Canada, including in the United States. Information processed in another country may be accessible to that country's courts, law enforcement and national security authorities under its laws. Use the privacy request form below if you have questions about these providers or cross-border processing.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar browser storage. Only strictly necessary ones load before you make a choice in the cookie banner. Our Cookie Policy lists each cookie and tag by provider, with its purpose and category.
Analytics. With your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures page use and Microsoft Clarity records page interactions and sessions, on all three sites. On mspoutpost.com, Cloudflare Web Analytics also measures page views and page performance. It sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device, so it runs without a choice.
Advertising. We may use the Meta Pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google Ads to measure and target our advertising. They set advertising cookies, and they load only if you agree to advertising cookies. The companies behind them also use what they collect for their own purposes.
Use Your privacy choices in the footer to change your choices at any time. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we leave every optional category off.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or delete your account at any time using the form below. We will respond within 30 days. Subscribers can unsubscribe using the link in each newsletter or manage newsletter subscriptions in their account.

Changes to This Policy
We post updates to this policy here with an updated effective date and announce material changes on the site. Before using personal information for a new purpose that requires your consent, we will explain the purpose and obtain your consent. Continuing to browse does not by itself give consent to a new use of your personal information.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
