Scaling Up is a general management book by Verne Harnish about growing a mid-sized company. It organizes the work of a growing business into a handful of areas, including people, strategy, execution and cash, and gives worksheets for each.

It is not specific to MSPs. An MSP owner who has outgrown informal management could use it to set a regular planning rhythm and clearer accountabilities for a team. Owners may find the material oriented to larger companies, so a small MSP will pick the parts that fit its size.
