Supported Environments

Core Endpoint Backup is hosted in Microsoft Azure. An on-premises deployment is also available, using Vault Controllers, Microsoft SQL Server and separate file-server storage; the on-prem design is sized for up to 2,000 devices.
Endpoint support includes Windows 10 and later, Windows 11 ARM, and macOS 12 and later.

MSP Capabilities

Administrators can centrally manage endpoint backup, restore files to original or replacement devices, locate endpoints and remotely wipe lost devices. Backup can flow directly to the cloud vault or through an optional local QuickCache.

Onboarding and Support

A proof-of-concept install uses one server with Vault Controller components, SQL Server Express and vault storage. Its built-in license runs for 30 days and the proof-of-concept environment cannot be converted to production.
