SeatReaper finds unused licenses and seats across the tools MSP clients pay for, including Microsoft 365, RMM, backup and security products. It groups each departed user or retired device into one queue with a monthly cost, and counts savings only when the next sync confirms the seat is gone. Plans are priced per connected client tenant, month to month.
