Managed Services in a Month

Build a Successful, Modern Computer Consulting Business in 30 Days

About the Book

A guide to starting or moving into managed services, laid out as a thirty-day program with step-by-step instructions and the forms to go with them. The third edition was revised in 2018 with ten new chapters, including material on adding cloud services and bundling into the offering.

It suits both a new computer consultant and an experienced technician converting a break-fix business. An MSP owner can use it as a working checklist for what to sell, how to price and package it, and how to move existing clients onto recurring plans, adapting the included documents to their own shop.
